With a background in facilities coordination and client services, Valentina joined Clean Site Rentals to help bring more accountability and responsiveness to an industry that has traditionally underserved its customers. She oversees inbound client relations, handles escalations across all 50 states, and works closely with regional dispatchers to ensure delivery timelines and service standards are consistently met.
